		<description>I work in the housing industry and I see houses be foreclosed on all the time. Many of these houses are taking MONTHS to get back on the market. Eventually they will be back on there but it takes plenty of time to get there....it really depends on the mortgage holder. Seems like some just drag their feet but I don&#039;t know that I blame them...they know more houses on the market means it&#039;s a buyers market and they won&#039;t sell for as much...perhaps not even enough to cover what was borrowed on it in the first place. 

If you are in the market to buy rental property...nows the time to do it!</description>
